Shipping -  We try to ship in 1 to 3 business days from order or as quoted at time of order.  If longer than that we will let you know what to expect.  Our standard domestic shipping at this time is USPS Ground Advantage.  International is shipped USPS and must be custom quoted. 

Returns -  We offer a 30 day return window from date of product delivery for items in resalable condition.   We refund purchase amount less original shipping and you must pay for return shipping.   Please contact us for a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA Number) prior to the return. 

Warranty -  Product defects and errors reported in the first 30 days will be corrected at our cost or refunded, at our discretion.   For any other issues, please contact us and if we feel there is something we can do to support you we will discuss at that time. 

Loads - We do NOT have specifications for maximum loads per assembly at this time. As we gather data and feedback we will share it. You will need to use your own discernment and testing to detrmine what loads any design you create can support.
